Wedding cards with printing are dispatched 10 to 14 business working days from the day you approve the final proofs. Wedding cards without printing are dispatched 6 to 8 business working days from approval.

After dispatch we share a tracking ID. Please track the courier with the courier partner directly, as delays on the courier's side are owned by the courier company.

Vishakha Collections promises the utmost care while packing goods for dispatch, but is not liable for damage to goods during transit.

You might be charged an import duty depending on your country.

Courier companies sometimes charge extended service area charges. Such charges are billed by the courier and are paid by the receiver.

If the courier cannot reach you by phone, or the address given is incorrect, we are not responsible for delays in delivery or a parcel marked RTO.

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamity or by the courier for reasons outside our control, and no refund is provided in such cases.

If you want a particular courier partner, tell us when placing the order. We will try, but it is subject to service availability in your area and may cost extra.

We do not accept returns.

If your card is unavailable due to an operational issue or stock imbalance, we contact you within 48 hours of your order and show you the available options at no extra charge. If you choose a lower-priced card the difference is refunded, or you can cancel and we return the payment within 72 hours.

Non-printed card orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. After dispatch no cancellation request is entertained. Payment reversal may take 72 hours.

Printed card orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, after which no cancellation is entertained. Payment reversal may take 72 hours.

To resolve a dispute, please record a video of the parcel being opened, clearly showing what was received and in what condition. After reviewing the video and the courier's explanation we provide a solution within 5 working days.

If we cannot reach you by phone for an important matter, we send a WhatsApp message and consider you informed.

Placing an order is taken as your agreement with these terms.

In unforeseen technical or operational situations Vishakha Collections may cancel an order at any time, with a full refund of the amount paid.
