Yes. You can order refundable samples of the cards you have shortlisted before placing your bulk order. Send us the card codes on WhatsApp at +91-7838867525.

Card price includes Main Invitation Card, Envelope and Interleaf or 2 Inserts chosen from available multiple options.

The minimum order depends on the design. Most cards start at 50 or 100 cards, and a few designs start at 200. Above the minimum, you can order more in steps of 50.

Each card's page shows its own minimum order.

You can email us the details of the selected design with quantity requirement and shipping destination, or you can send the information on whatsapp +91-7838867525.

You pay online at checkout through Razorpay. It accepts UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets.

We start work on your order only after we receive full payment.

You need to send us your invitation wordings in MS Word Document attachment via email at collectionsvishakha@gmail.com or whatsapp +91-7838867525 quoting your order number.

Our artwork team shall create a artwork in PDF/JPEG format and send you for review over email.

On receipt of proof artwork you can suggest amendments (if any) required, so our artwork team shall recreate artwork and send you again for approval.

We shall proceed with the actual printing only after receipt of your proof artwork approval email.

Note: Printed and Finished cards would have our company’s trademark and website address printed in small size on the back side of the card.

We normally supply the artwork over email or whatsapp within 2 business days.

Same way we supply revised proof artwork most probably next business day in case of amendments (if any).

However, sometimes it may take one more day due to the time difference and Sundays/Public holidays.

Standard Printing charges take care of two unique invitation wordings to be printed on two sides of inter-leaf or two inserts along with Envelope printed in one color ink shade.

Any additional invitation wording to be printed will attract additional printing charge.

Standard Printing Charges will be multiplied in case of invitation wordings to be printed in more than one color ink shade.

Printed cards are dispatched 5 to 7 working days after you approve the content of your card (the proof artwork). Cards without printing are dispatched in 2 to 3 working days.

Delivery time is separate from dispatch time. After dispatch, the courier usually takes 4 to 6 working days to deliver.

We create the proof artwork on your chosen card and send it for review in 1 to 2 business days after we receive your invitation wordings.

Delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier company. Any courier delay, and its consequences, are the courier's responsibility, not ours, but we will help you get updates from the courier.

Note: We ship consignments with Delhivery (Domestic), DTDC (Domestic), DHL (International), FedEx (International) and other couriers in accordance to their respective terms of services, as this being third party service.

We do not accept returns.

Printed card orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders for cards without printing can be cancelled at no charge any time before dispatch. Once cards are dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders may take up to 72 hours.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please record a video while opening it. We review the video and the courier's explanation before offering a solution.
