We would try to get in contact with the delivery person in case you have entered wrong address and try to stop the delivery, but if parcel get delivered and we are not able to get the delivery stopped, it is entirely customer responsibility and vishakha collections is not responsible for any loss caused to customer or any extra charges have to be born by customer only.
No, changes or the cancellation of the order is allowed after submitting the order.
